So i finished the 2008 season, winning the Superclub SV championship, finishing 4th in the NewEra club SV championship, and 7th in the Ducati Desmo championship... all in all, not a bad year.
Reckon i could be in with a shout in the 2009 desmodue championship! The top 3 from 2008 (1 ex bsb rider, 1 current BSS rider, 1 ex factory) have dissapeared, and 2 others that finished ahead of me have all pulled out for 2009. That bumps me right up in the pecking order!
Except from the small detail of my having retired. Retired? Maybe just postponed for a bit, who knows... I got a little 'un due at the start of June, so the racing has gone out the window. The finances are very thin, and its now only a matter of counting down the weeks.
The house move hasn't helped financially and the monthly outgoings are currently more than the monthly incomings...
